Optional City Transition

I think that many Gangs would like it if it was optional to transition at the moment of Purris release.

For example.  A gang is at 97 wins in Meowscow and Purris comes out.  The Gang leader (or perhaps by a majority vote) can decide to go ahead and Transition to Purris or stay in Meowscow.  If they choose to stay in Meowscow than the option is still open for them to transfer to Purris at a later time determined by them or of course if they've completed District 10 then they get automatically transferred.

This way it's more of a soft transition and can also help the pairings be a little more balanced for Purris at the initial release at the same time.

Naturally though they wouldn't be able to just stay in Meowscow forever...so whatever the city is after Purris is called (CatCanDo for example) then those still in Meowscow at that point would  be force transferred to Purris while the Purris people would have the option to go on to CatCanDo or stay in Purris.

I can see your logic but this could never work on many levels. The whole point of a season is it is just that........a season. It gives gangs a target to aim for and progress. The rewards given as you progress are there to encourage gangs to keep focused and keep playing. From Zeptolabs point of view, and bottom line it’s a business which means money, is so players will feel encouraged to spend gems to hit these goals. Remove the deadline (However vague Zeptolab make this) and remove the urgency!
